I grew up in a house where it was mandatory for music to be playing at all times. Thus it always seemed as if I lived with a soundtrack and I loved it. The music was loud enough to hear but quiet enough to allow for socializing. This is what I provide for events. Although some call for an upfront performance most of the events I do are social events. Thus my goal is always to compliment and enhance the atmosphere of the room by playing sophisticated, easy listening music that appeals to a wide range of people.
After graduating Berklee College of Music in 2001 I spent the next ten years writing and performing in venues throughout the Northeast and beyond. Over that time I gained an immense amount of performance experience while learning how to play to all sorts of rooms, from packed clubs to quiet restaurants.
Over the past couple of years I’ve stepped away from the original performance scene and into the world of events. I did so with great trepidation but I have truly been enjoying every minute of it. I have the pleasure of playing music that I genuinely love to perform while creating that same soundtrack that I was so lucky to grow up with. From weddings and cocktail hours to corporate functions and private parties my goal is to provide the feeling and energy that good live music brings and I am grateful to every client who grants me that opportunity.
